Congressmen Impeached
A great article by Detective Krum we post here because Americans have great issues at this time.
Congressmen Impeached
By: Detective Krum
Congressmen risk impeachment with another “bailout” as President Bush and others try to twist the arms of Americans through fear tactics.
Public Law No: 110-289 Found in the Federal Register at: http://www.archives.gov/federal-register/laws/current.html
Who Sponsored this bill? Sponsor:Rep. Nancy Pelosi [D-CA]
See full tracking at: http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=h110-3221
Who Co-Sponsored this bill? ( 18 Democrats )
This bill is clearly unconstitutional. This bill provides for the government to change contract law. When a person applies for a mortgage the process includes an investigation, by the potential lender, regarding the borrower’s ability to pay the loan back. If the borrower’s reports show the borrower may not be able to pay the mortgage back and the lender still determines to give the borrower the mortgage, whose fault is this mortgage? Regardless, there is a contract entered into between the lender and the borrower. This is called “Contract Law”. For the US Congress to remove American consumers from the right of contract by renegotiating is fraud against Americans. (See law excerpts below).
Public Law 110-289 creates a new independent Agency (grows government even bigger) along with a ‘Board’ that is to ‘advise the (not yet appointed) Director with respect to overall strategies and policies in carrying out the duties of the Director under this title. It will be comprised of 4 members: the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission; and finally the Director, who shall serve as the Chairperson of the Board’. Who is representing the people?
HOPE FOR HOMEOWNERS PROGRAM … this section begins when this law becomes effective October 1, 2008 and automatically sunsets September 30, 2011; it is $300 Billion in size. It’s purpose, among other things, ‘is to create an FHA program, participation in which is voluntary on the part of homeowners and existing loan holders to insure refinanced loans for distressed borrowers to support long-term, sustainable homeownership; to allow homeowners to avoid foreclosure by reducing the principle balance outstanding, and interest rate charged, on their mortgages; to help stabilize and provide confidence in mortgage markets by bringing transparency to the value of assets based on mortgage assets; to target mortgage assistance under this section to homeowners for their principal residence ….’
To say this law is voluntary is an assault on American intelligence. This law costs every American $4 extra dollars showing extortion through legislation of unconstitutional actions by Congress. It is time to start impeachment or recall proceedings against Congressmen / Congresswomen who overstep authority. Why would Congress want provisions for homeowners in any bailout when:
1. That is what Public Law No: 110-289 was created to do.
2. Why are renters forced to pay?
3. Why is the Constitution being shredded with these laws?
4. Who has profited and how much have they profited from previous bailouts?

America Is Homeless
By: Detective Krum
Imagine you have a business, take advantage of your customers, get rich from deceptive business practices and mismanage your customer’s accounts. One day you find your company’s wealth gone through your mismanagement. Your personal income is millions and your severance pay if you leave the company is even more – millions. You have skimmed all you can from your customers and now it’s time to face the piper, your company is broke. Welcome to America’s bank meltdown.
Bankers, alleged professionals and paid like executives, provided mortgage loans to people in the 1990s and 2000s, who would have never qualified for a mortgage in the late 70’s or early 80’s. Was it wrong of bankers to give these perspective homeowners a chance at home ownership? Depends. If the perspective homeowner had bad credit or at least a very low credit score, maybe they shouldn’t have gotten the mortgage loan. Regardless, bankers blinded their eyes through greed and provided bad loans. Providing so many “bad” loans spiked real estate prices beyond reality. The real estate boom was born.
When homeowners couldn’t pay their mortgage because the initial interest only payment was to expire, and other reasons, foreclosures abounded. It was cheaper to walk away. Why not renegotiate the loan so people could stay in their home? Simple. Banks bundled loans. How? It works something like this. Bank A takes on 25 mortgages. Bank A packages 10 mortgages into something they call a tranche and they sell that package to the highest bidder with the money. Most of the buyers were foreigners. So who owns American property? Foreigners. Remember Thomas Jefferson’s comments? He warned us. ” If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their money, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them (around the banks) will deprive the people of their property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. Again, who bought these tranches? Foreigners. China bought a lot of these tranches. Guess who owns American property? America is homeless because they have allowed Congress to pass laws selling our country to foreigners.
In 1990 the national debt in America was $ 2 trillion. As of 2007 it was $ 7 trillion. Want to know what it is today? Click here. Who pays this bill? Citizens, taxpayers, you and me. Who do we owe this money to? The federal reserve. These bankers are all tied in together. What’s the nexus? What connects all these different banks together? The federal reserve. Who is the federal reserve? Start using your favorite search engines. Try, who is the federal reserve. The Federal Reserve says Congress gave them the power. So Congress can take away the power because we have a representative form of government. President Andrew Jackson was a fierce opponent of a central bank and he got rid of the central bank.
The Federal Reserve consists of foreigners, foreign bankers. A complete list of who owns the federal reserve is available here. If the link doesn’t work, comment on our blog and we will try to post the link as a pdf file.
Here is what God says -
Exodus 22:25 (KJV) “If thou lend money to any of my people that is poor by thee, thou shalt not be to him a usuer, neither shalt thou lay upon him usury.”
Deuteronomy 23:20 – “Unto a stranger thou mayest lend upon usury: but unto thy brother thou shalt not lend upon usury: that the Lord thy God may bless thee in all that thou settest thine hand to in the land whither thou goest to possess it.”
Look at the results of an American Congress gone a muck.
1. Trillions in debt
2. Bank bailouts at citizen expense
3. Communism brought to America through subsidies for everything
4. Manufacturing jobs shipped overseas due to regulation
5. American resources left doormat due to regulation
6. 85% of our products are now imported due to NAFTA, GATT and a host of other treaties.
7. Bread at $ 4. a loaf, milk @ $5 a gallon, gas nearly $ 4.00 per gallon
8. Merging of Canada, America and Mexico through North American Union (loss of sovereignty).
9. Paper dollars called notes (a politically correct term for I.O.U.) created out of thin air by foreign bankers to create debt on American people. They took our gold away and gave us I.O.U.s.
The list goes on. But friend, things aren’t hopeless. Focus on victory through reform. It is time we make a list of grievances as our forefathers. We need to declare our independence. We need to set up our new Continental Congress.
A copy of our Declaration of Independence is listed within this blog under Declaration. Let us sign our names and start our new America.
Why Blog?
# 3 of 8 Blogs Pt. 1
By: Eme PaaschVol. 1 No. 4
Blogs, a new term given to online newsletters. Unlike previous forms of newsletters requiring printing expenses, press operators and a variety of overhead, today’s blog has made overhead expenses lean.
What makes a good blog?
1. A good blog is short and to the point
2. Written in plain language
3. Offers pertinent information
4. Offers opportunity
5. Provides rich content
6. Shares resources
7. Provides feedback opportunity
8. Provides value
Why should a business or ministry have a blog? A blog is a great way to provide information regarding a business or ministry operation. Need some examples?
1. You sell books as a retailer or as a ministry. You want to share new releases with your customers and maybe pickup a few new customers. In your blog, you can offer new releases like – Our readers have asked how they can make money from home by working on the Internet. A new resource we have found to be excellent is the following eBook Learn How To Make Money On The Internet
Your readers now have an opportunity to purchase an eBook that you feel is helpful. Say the eBook is recommended by you and that endorsement carries weight with faithful readers. Your blog may provide links to your ministry books or business coupons regardless; a blog offers daily promotions of your products or services. One more point; your links to eBooks can include your eBooks or other eBook publishers eBooks. Some will say they will not sell other publisher eBooks. That choice can cost you money and here is why:
If you set up certain types of accounts where you select the material you are willing to sell and you post a link to the product you selected, you can get paid when someone buys your referred eBook. This method we will explain soon.
Maybe you want to provide a resource where people can make their own eBook like with this software. This provides a service for your readers to make their own eBook and you help them sell their eBooks by providing a link on your site and they pay you for each copy sold from your website. This method we will cover later when we look at free resources to make money online. But blogs can provide a daily update on your products, services, business or ministry.
Another resource to help you learn about blogs would be ProBlogger and Chris Garrett’s site here. Next time, we will look at how ministries can improve their bottom line through blogging.
Blessings.

8 Ways To Build A Ministry or Business Part III
# 2 of 8 Websites & The Internet
By: Eme PaaschVol. 1 No. 3
Websites and the Internet play important roles for local churches, ministries and business because they provide:
a. Information about your ministry or business
b. Products or services you provide
c. A way to share events specific to your organization on a grand scale
d. Receive feedback from people
e. Share resources your viewers need
There is no excuse for not having a website, even if you are a small business or small ministry. If you have vision for growth in your ministry or business, a website is a must. New software makes designing and building websites inexpensive. A few of these free software tools can be found at:
1. Absolutely Free Web Design Software – for small business & personal use
2. Another Free Web Design Program – Fusion Essentials is a free web design software
Be sure to read the system requirements for each program. Make sure you download a Windows version if you are using Microsoft Windows for your operating system. Download a Macintosh version if you have a Macintosh computer.
Once you have the software to design your website, experiment with the software. Work with pictures or different colors. You can get color scheme ideas from looking at other websites. Another great resource for building your website is video content. If you sponsor a community event, take some video or have someone with a camera capture some video. You’ll be able to post the video on your website and your community will be excited they are in your video, they will tell their friends.
There are many ways to add video including YouTube and VopPod. You can see some of our vodpods in the lower right corner of this blog.
Of coarse you will need a website to provide your information. There are many great web-hosting companies, but there are some shysters out there as well. Be sure to read the fine print and if you need help or have questions, post your comments or questions right here, at the bottom of this article. If you prefer to contact me directly, send me an email at victory1project@gmail.com and I’ll do my best to answer your question or help.
Another important service to provide your customers is a blog. Believe it or not, a blog is crucial to provide current information. This is a blog. A blog will be on our next post because a blog is number 3 of 8 Ways To Build A Ministry Or Business.

We are checking to see if Google Blog Search is picking up this blog.

8 Ways To Build A Ministry or Business Part II
# 1 of 8 – Reach Out To The Community
By: Eme PaaschVol. 1 No. 2
Many churches, organizations and businesses say they reach out to their community and maybe they really do. Want to test the theory that they really do reach out? Ask yourself, how many events have churches or organizations put on this week in your community? You say, advertising is expensive and that’s true if you use normal advertising avenues. I will cover some alternative advertising techniques in a later post. But let’s get down to brass tacks here. Let’s look at churches first, then businesses.
First a couple of helpful links:
1. Switchboard.com – Here is a list of all states in America. Select your state, then your town. You will get a list of businesses in your town. How many of those businesses reached out to the community last month?
2. Directories Include: a. Middle Europe Directory
e. Australia & the Pacific Directory
Canada is included with the Caribbean directory.
Look at churches in your community through our online directory links or your local telephone book. Ask yourself, how many churches reached out to your community last month? Sure churches have the occasional concert hoping to draw people in and business may have a special promotion sale. How many promotions or community events can you list for last month? This month? Do you get the point?
O.K. How can a church or business reach out to their local community, you ask? I’m glad you asked. Here are a few suggestions and we encourage readers to add to our list in the comments section below.
1. Block Parties – why not hand write or print up flyers for a free block party? Invite musicians to come to a local church or business and set up a few musical instruments and play. Most local musicians will play for free food & drink the first time. The business can provide hotdogs, hamburgers, potato chips and some soda pop. All this will cost a church or business very little and a donation basket can be passed to help cover costs. When the Block Party is over, what do you think the people who attended will tell their friends and family? Do you think the people who came to the block party will remember your church or business? You bet! This is just one of many steps you can take to increase your church attendance, build your ministry or increase your business sales.
2. Mini Concerts – similar to a block party but you have an opportunity to use free media coverage by offering press releases to local TV, radio, newspapers, community shoppers and of coarse, Craigslist or Kijiji forum boards.
3. Farmer’s Markets – your church or business could organize a local community farmer’s market where locals can bring their homegrown fruits and vegetables to your church or business and set up in the parking lot. Invite the neighborhood by putting flyers in business, pass them out door to door, put flyers on windshields of cars or trucks, take the flyers to your local farmer’s market and pass them out to farmers.
4. Community Yard Sales – Offer your community to participate in a community yard sale. The participants must bring their own goods to sell, set up their own tables and provide their own people to watch their tables. This provides a way for the community to get to know more about your ministry or business and make some money instead of spending money.
Of coarse, these community events will have releases to be signed by all participants to protect the ministry or business from any liability. But if you are worried more about being sued than reaching out to your community, then you may not be a candidate to grow your ministry or business.

8 Ways To Build A Ministry or Business
By: Eme Paasch
Vol. 1 No. 1
The Victory 1 Project is a project providing information, resources and direction for building ministries and business. When I walk into churches around the country, I find some churches are thriving and growing while others have four major problems:
- Attendance Shrinking
- Younger Families Missing
- Lack of Youth Programs
- Boring Environments
What makes a ministry or business grow into a Rick Warren Saddleback Church or a Joel Osteen ministry? What makes a business boom? You may want to consider the following:
Building Blocks
- Evaluation: A ministry or business evaluates where they are now and where they want to go.
- Help: Ministries and business ask for help in putting programs together. Workers or helpers fail because of lack of direction in many cases.
- Desire: Ministries need more than 10% of the people doing 90% of the work. There needs to be desire by the whole church or business to grow and reach out. Desire is not created through iron fist rulers.
- Vision: Proverbs 29:18 “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” Ministries and business need vision of where they are and where they want to be. Vision on how to get to their destination. And most important, vision for why they want to grow.
I have titled this article, 8 Ways To Build A Ministry or Business because I want you to list 8 ways you can think of, to build a ministry or business? Then look at our four building blocks. List or comment in our blog what you think these 8 ways of building are and in our next issue, we will look at 8 things you can do now to build your ministry or business.
Evaluate your ministry or business. Ask yourself who has helped you so far and how could you get more help and from whom? Desire is not a form of lust here but a purpose like Rick Warren speaks about and teaches. Vision includes an overall picture of the future: Your ministry future; your business future.
